William Bowen Obituary, Death – On May 13, 2023, William P. Bowen III, 66 years old, a resident of Haverhill, Massachusetts, passed suddenly at his home after struggling with a deteriorating condition of health for some time. Bill Bowen, the son of Ellen Bowen and named after the city of Arlington, was born there in Arlington. His mother gave him the name. Somerville was where he spent his formative years, and it is also where he received his education up through the secondary level. Bill was a significant music aficionado during the entirety of his life, and when he was a teenager, he participated in the rock band Jovan as a member.

He was a kid at heart and he enjoyed spending time with children. In his latter years, when he had white hair and a beard and his niece Krista affectionately referred to him as “Ho Ho,” he had a beard and white hair. Krista gave him the nickname “Ho Ho” out of her fondness for him. Because he derived such satisfaction from the process of creating music, he continued to play the guitar throughout his whole life, and he counted his collection of guitars as one of the things he treasured the most among his many assets. In addition to his mother, Bill is survived by his children, Monica and Billy, as well as his sisters; Debbie Doyle and her husband John of North Reading, along with their children Mike and Krista; Patty Travison and her husband Mark of Franklin,

Virginia, along with their children Tracy and Cheryl; Denise of Stuart Draft, Virginia, and her son Manny; Diane, who passed away before Bill, and her son Kaleb; Cindy of Westford. On the day of the funeral, which will be held on the 17th of June, friends and family members are encouraged to pay their respects to the departed by going to the Cota Funeral Home in North Reading, Massachusetts, which can be found at 335 Park St., between the hours of 11 AM and 12 PM in order to do so.

The funeral service will be place at a later time. The wake will begin at twelve o’clock in the afternoon, and the funeral ceremony will follow immediately after. As soon as the funeral rituals have come to a close, the burial will take place in the Riverside Cemetery in North Reading. I
