Wallace Johnson Obituary, Death – In the early days of the smoked meat industry, Wallace Johnson was a pioneering figure. Through the creation of his boudin, sausage, and a wide range of other smoked meat products, he ushered in a new era for the industry. In addition to that, he was a pioneer in the development of the industry as well as a leader in the sector. The information that he has left has brought us to a level of hopelessness that is beyond our ability to adequately describe. It was in February of 2011 when Renaissance Publishing created their very first publication, which also happened to be the very first issue of their magazine.
Johnson was prominently featured on the front cover of that issue of the magazine that they produced.
