Tommy Boylen Death, Obituary – Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers for Tommy Boylen. He tried hard to stay, but he died late last night. Thank you to the medical staff at Piedmont Fayette Hospital for making him comfortable around the clock and for their dedication. At his bedside, he heard all of your prayers and desires.Tommy, we will always love you. Thomas P. Boylen from Grand Rapids In remembrance of Thomas P. Boylen, age 72, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, following a protracted illness. Of the five Boylen boys, Tom was the youngest and spent the majority of his youth in Grand Rapids. His dying days were spent in Clearwater, Florida, near to his daughters. Amy Boylen and Ashley Boylen Ward, his two daughters, his two granddaughters, Tinsley and Aiden Ward, his brother Bill Boylen, numerous nieces and nephews, and his close friend Marilee Bruny all survive him.
His mother Alice Bernice Boylen, father Lawrence Edward Boylen, and brothers Mick, Terry, and Fred Boylen all died before him. Tom enjoyed laughing with his buddies and playing golf.
