Scott Mullen Obituary, Death – On Monday, September 5, 2022, Scott Allen “Buzzard” Mullen, who had lived in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia all of his life and had reached the age of 47 when he passed away there, in the place that he had been born in. He was the offspring of Wayne Leo Mullen of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and Christine Irene Stotler Mullen of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Both of his parents were born in the United States. It was in the town of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, on December 21st, 1974 that he was born.

He was devout in his practice of the Christian religion. He attended Berkeley Springs High School for his senior schooling and graduated there. He was an HVAC Installer with Don Morgan Air Conditioning, where he worked during his time as an employee. Ahead of that, he had been the only proprietor of and operator of Mullen’s Quality Painting. He cherished the time he got to spend with his family and enjoyed activities such as hunting, fishing, and riding dirt bikes in his spare time. His beloved pet “Zeus” will grieve over his passing in a profound way.

Lauren Elizabeth Mullen-Johnson of Berkeley Springs, Hailey Paige Mullen of Cape Coral, Florida, and Jaden Scott Truax-Mullen of Inwood, West Virginia are his children. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Arianna Lynn McCumbee of Berkeley Springs; two brothers, Chadwick Wayne Mullen of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and Donald McKinley Mullen of Berkeley Springs; one niece and four nephews, McKennah Mullen, Bentley Mullen, and Ashton

At six o’clock in the evening on Monday, September 12, funeral services will be held at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. The funeral home is situated at 95 Union Street. The family will meet and greet guests from three in the afternoon until six in the evening, prior to the funeral ceremonies. Pastor Ricky Love will serve as the master of ceremonies for the event. The funeral and burial will be held in privacy.
