Rev. Willie Byron Parker Death, Obituary – Regrettably, I must inform you of the death of Rev. Willie Byron Parker, son of Burrell and Charlotte Parker.Rev. Willie Byron Parker, 85, of Dothan, AL, died Saturday morning, June 3, 2023, at his home. Rev. Parker’s funeral will be held at Southside Baptist Church, 423 East Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL 36303, on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM CST.
Visitation will be held in the church on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM CST. Interment will take place in Friendship Memorial Gardens, 426 N. Friendship Ave., Donalsonville, GA 39845, at 4:30 p.m. CST. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Southside Baptist Church’s Missions Fund, 423 East Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL.
I sincerely apologize!!! Our thoughts are with his family and many friends. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends. I was surprised to learn of Neil’s death when I heard the news on Friday. He and Caroline have had many laughs throughout the years.
One memory is of a wedding at the Atholl Palace in Pitlochry Champage in abundance….well, you have to indulge don’t you….unfortunately not great on an empty tummy had to be rescued from speaking to Hughie in the toilets before the meal by Neil and Caroline….not my proudest moment but lots of laughs afterwards.
