Mr. Allan Bertram Death, Obituary – His family is grieving the loss of Mr. Allan Bertram, and they wanted you to know that they have informed you of this information in order for you to know that they had passed it on to you.
On June 4th, 2023, Allan passed away when he was a patient in the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. When he passed away, he had reached the age of 81 years old. The passing of he had occurred on a Sunday at the time of the occurrence.
Allan was the adoring and dedicated husband of the late Dorothea, the father of Angus, Jillian, and Tracy, the father-in-law of Alison, Alastair, and Mark, the granddad of Yuill, Skye, Caitlin, and Callum, the eldest brother to all of his siblings, as well as an uncle, cousin, and a dear friend to a great number of people. Dorothea passed away in 2002 after a long battle with cancer. The loss of Allan will be deeply lamented by each and everyone who had the privilege of calling him a friend during their lifetime.
Following the funeral service, which will be performed on Friday, June 23, at 12:15 p.m., at Linktown Church in Kirkcaldy, and to which all family and friends are cordially invited, there will be a private committal service held at Hayfield Cemetery. Flowers from family only, please, but if you would like to make a donation to the Chest, Heart, and Stroke Association of Scotland in honour of Allan, you are free to do so here. Please note that donations will not be accepted from the general public.
After the memorial ceremony, the family of Allan would like to offer an invitation to anybody who was present to return to the Strathearn Hotel in Kirkcaldy for some refreshments as well as the opportunity to share some stories and love recollections of Allan. This will take place immediately following the funeral service. Following the conclusion of the funeral service, the family will extend this invitation to you.
