When Wayne passed on the Saturday before, he had reached the end of his life having lived a whole 101 years by the time he reached that point. On Saturday, June 10, the funeral ceremony for him will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ceremony will start at eleven in the morning and continue until one in the afternoon. It has been decided that the funeral for him will take place in Minneapolis. The funeral and the memorial service will both take place on June 10 of this year.
It has been decided that the beginning of the service of worship will take place at eleven o’clock in the morning. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sympathies to Wayne’s family and friends on behalf of the Family of the Fifth District American Legion. Wayne was a dedicated member of our organization. Wayne was an enthusiastic contributor to our group. Wayne has left us, having gone away not long ago. Everyone is going to be upset about the fact that they won’t be able to see Wayne around any longer after this decision has been made.
