At approximately six o’clock in the evening, officers from the Highland Park Police Department responded at the scene of a terrible occurrence near the intersection of North 10th Avenue and Raritan Avenue. The incident took place near the intersection of the two streets. The occurrence had taken place in the vicinity of the intersection where the two streets met. When the incident took place, it was in the neighborhood that was located around the intersection of North 10th Avenue and Raritan Avenue.
