When they learned of his passing, they had a tremendous sense of grief because he was a close friend of theirs whom they trusted completely. The most recent information was brought to their attention early on Thursday morning, making it the first day of the weekend.

Gordon has a significant number of close friends who have been in the band with him for a very long time and who have known him for a very long time. These individuals have been friends with Gordon for a very long time. Gordon continues to keep in contact with a large number of the individuals who had played in the band as personal friends.
