Emily Sklarek Death, Obituary – Emily Hope Nagy, who was dearly loved as a daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2023. Her parents, Amy Nagy (née Bickimer) and Ronald Nagy, welcomed her into the world on September 24, 2009. She was the sister of Nicole Renee Nagy and Megan Elizabeth Nagy. Nicole and Megan were both Nagy. Emily’s warm and genuine disposition left an impression on everyone who was fortunate enough to cross paths with her.

She delighted in activities such as sketching and dancing, and she experienced life to the fullest. She valued her relationships with her family and friends above all else. Everyone who knew Emily will miss her very much, but especially her parents, Ron Nagy and Amy Nagy; her sisters, Nicole and Megan; her grandparents, John and Debbie Bickimer and Margery Nagy; her aunt, Heather (Keith) Baker; her uncle, Andrew (Dawn) Nagy; and many other family members and friends. Emily will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Her maternal grandfather, Ronald Nagy, Sr., as well as her maternal aunt, Jamie Fishman, passed away before she was born.

On Sunday, February 26, 2023, the family will be present at the Waite & Son Funeral Home, which is located at 3300 Center Road in Brunswick, Ohio, to greet visitors from 1:00 to 7:00 pm. A memorial service honoring Emily’s life will be held at Grace Baptist Church in Brunswick, Ohio on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 11:00 am. The address of the church is 3480 Laurel Road. Her final resting place will be at the Hope Memorial Gardens in Hinckley, which is located in the state of Ohio.
