Brittany Rosenlund Obituary, Death – Brittany Dawn Rosenlund passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of forty, in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by members of her family. Her funeral was held on the same day. Brittany Dawn (Peacock) Rosenlund was born on February 16, 1983 in Ely, Nevada. Her parents, Lorin and Connie Peacock, were the ones who welcomed her into the world. Her mother had the surname Peacock as her maiden name. She was the oldest of the family’s four children, making her the family’s matriarch.
Throughout her whole life, she maintained a high level of participation in a variety of sporting and religious groups.
She never wavered in her commitment to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (often referred to simply as “The Latter-day Saints”) during the entirety of her life. She graduated from high school in 2001 and was awarded her diploma at that time. She began her academic career at Southern Utah University, where she remained for the duration of one academic year before moving to BYU Navoo for the remainder of that academic year. It was a beautiful experience for her, and the lessons she gained there assisted her in becoming a more credible witness for the gospel.
She started dating Wade Rosenlund, a boy she had a crush on ever since they were in junior high school, and he had adored her ever since they were in the second grade. Both of them had been in love with one other for a long time before they started dating. They were not only in a profoundly loving relationship with one another, but in addition to that, they were also the best of friends. After Brittany and Wade graduated from high school and college, respectively, they moved back to their hometown of Lund, Nevada, where they bought their first house. They were blessed with another child, a son named Zane Wade, shortly after moving to Lund, where they now call their home.
After waiting an additional three years, the happy couple was finally blessed with a daughter, Mazie, who is their only child together. Following then, two more sons were added to the family, and their names were Luke Gary and Tripp John. Brittany valued her role as a mother beyond all other accomplishments and experiences she had in her life. She never ran out of funny stories to tell about her children, and she never failed to beam with pleasure whenever any of her children accomplished something significant. She found great happiness in being able to watch her children as they engaged in new activities, created new relationships, and grew in their commitment to their faith.
