Alexandria Amos Obituary, Death – Mr. Amos “Billy” Wesley Services for Amos “Billy” Wesley, ll, will be held at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church, 831 Broadway Avenue, Alexandria, Louisiana, on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. On May 22, 2022, Amos “Billy” Wesley, lll passed away at home, surrounded by his family. As the Director of Federal Programs, he left the Rapides Parish School Board. Gilda Howard Wesley, his wife, their five children, 10 grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren all survive Amos “Billy” Wesley, ll.

Until the start of the services, visitation will start at 8:00 am. In Woodworth, Louisiana’s Alexandria Memorial Garden, there will be a burial. On March 9, 2013, at Mt. Herman Baptist Church, services for Amos Jennings “JP” Atkins will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Frank Randle officiating. officiating. On March 1, 2013, Mr. Atkins, 86, of Alexandria passed away at home. From Roy Martin Lumber Company, he retired. Demetrius Atkins, his father and mother both, as well as three brothers and a sister predeceased Mr. Atkins. One daughter, Jennie Bobb (E.C.), two sons, Darnell Atkins (Susie), and Michael Atkins, eight granddaughters, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and a large number of other nieces, nephews, family members, and friends are among the survivors.
